Where your data lives
All data is stored in Supabase (EU region), a Postgres-backed platform built on top of AWS infrastructure in Europe. Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. No data is stored on your device beyond your active session.
What we will never do
Finvue is a manual-entry platform — you enter your own balances. We never connect directly to your bank or request banking credentials. When Stitch integration ships in Phase 2, authentication will be handled entirely by Stitch via OAuth. Finvue will never see your passwords, PINs, or OTPs.

Finvue is a personal finance intelligence platform built and operated from Cape Town, South Africa. We are a small, independent team — your data is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond providing you with the service.
Finvue is an information tool, not a financial services provider. We surface data and observations based on your accounts. We do not offer advice, recommend specific products, or earn commission from any financial institution.

Your data export & deletion rights
You own your data. You can request a full export or permanent deletion at any time — no questions asked.
Export my data
Email us and we'll send you a full JSON export of your accounts, holdings, and snapshots within 7 days.
Delete my account
Email us from your registered address and we'll permanently delete all your data within 7 days. This cannot be undone.
To action either request, email hello@finvue.co.za with the subject line "Data export" or "Delete my account".
